REPLACEMENTS
Replacements may occur when your product has arrived with a defect that materially affects the quality of the product experience. Examples include custom vinyl with warped sound, consistent skipping, or tracks that you did not request being used in the production of the record, or handwritten lyrics that have been damaged in transit by weather.
